Wellness package Spring 2022.

This spring, we have adapted our wellness package to offer a week of surfing and total well-being. In addition to the surf lessons (5 days), you benefit 2 yoga sessions, 1 Reiki treatment (available eng, fra, Esp) and a traditional Indian head massage.

The Yoga takes place at the beach, it is a divine moment with the ocean. The Reiki is a Japanese form of energy to connect your physical body, emotional body and spiritual body; VERY POWERFUL. In trio with the traditional Indian head massage which revitalizes 100%, you take time on vacation for self-care and it feels good !

Come to spend some surf holiday with our surf camp fuerteventura and surf school Fuerteventura (corralejo and Lajares), and have fun ! We are looking forward to see you for a surf course in Fuerteventura or a surfari! Your surf school Fuerteventura !

What IS REIKI ?

Reiki (霊気, /ˈreɪki/) is a Japanese form of energy healing, whose purpose is to restore the energy balance in the body.

Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing through which a “universal energy” is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional, mental, physical and spiritual healing.

This exchange of energy has the effect of triggering in the body of the receiver a process of setting in motion his energies which will allow him to face his pains, his emotional blockages or to overcome stress and fatigue.

WHAT IS A TRADITIONAL INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE ?

You enjoy an amazing oil massage on your neck, upper arms, shoulders, and upper back. The traditional Indian head massage technique is very special; it consists of repetitive movements on the energy centers of the chakras. Then comes the scalp massage and we finish with a facial massage.

The benefits of this massage are seen directly after the treatment: removing toxins, boosting immunity, releasing anxiety and muscles, just to mention a few ones. Drink plenty of water and let you body heal itself !
