Français Come and learn surfing, with professional and interactive coaching, in small groups (max. 6 students) for a personalized, fun and performing surf course !
To guarantee the optimum learning conditions ; you learn during low tide, with appropriate equipment, for a safe, pleasant and easy start !
1 day beginner
You learn all about watersafety, how to catch white water waves in the prone position and then your first take off. Your program includes a lot of simulation exercises on the sand, so that you progress thanks to muscle memory.
3 days beginner
You follow the 1 day beginner lesson and then establish your take off technique so you can stand frequently and ride the white water wave. Following this, you learn how to trim the board for speed and perform the first turn
5 day beginner
You complete the 3 day beginner lesson including trimming the board, turning your board, and surfing sideways in the white water. Then we bring you to the line up to help you get your first unbroken wave !
- Our objective is that our students learn well and safely. Therefore, our key to success is a familiar and relaxed atmosphere.
- Aloha Surf Academy is a registered DWV approved surf school to guarantee the highest teaching and safety standards. Alex, the instructor, has a ISA (International Surf Association) certificate & a beach lifeguard qualification by the Royal Life Saving Society UK.
- The schedule of the day is flexible, combining the surf course at the beach and time to discover the island. When the conditions at the beach (tide), in the water (swell) and the school schedule allow, we take the surfers to different spots so that you can practice your new skills in different conditions (white water or clean waves).

- The price includes all the necessary equipment, transfer from the meeting point in Corralejo to the surf spot. The course will last 4-5h including the transfer to the surfspot. Just bring some water/snacks and your suncream !
- Our surf courses require intense physical effort; therefore a break during the course guarantees better success with your surf training! This is why our school insists for our students to have a break to recover and relax a little every 3 days. Having a break for your body will mean that you have more power to practice what you learnt the previous days, and to keep on learning with the necessary energy
- Come with your own wetsuit, and get 6 euros discount on your booking !
